Our groups are designed with a neurodiversity-affirming approach, ensuring that all participants—regardless of age, background, or ability—can engage in meaningful, enriching experiences. We emphasize inclusivity, social connection, and play-based learning to foster personal growth and community.
Whether you're looking for social empowerment groups, play-based activities, creative arts programs, or support groups, we have something for everyone. Sessions run throughout the school year, in September, January, and April. Each session is approximately 8 weeks long.

We invite your child to explore their creative side and strengthen their social skills through our Lego-based play therapy group! Each week there will be a different building challenge where participants will get the opportunity to let their innovation shine while also practicing their interpersonal communication skills. All ages and abilities are welcome.
In our Executive Functioning Group for neurodivergent youth, participants will practice 7 key executive functioning skills through hands-on activities, games, discussions, and teamwork. The group provides a supportive environment to build skills like planning, organization, time management, and flexible thinking.
Elementary children will learn practical strategies to manage anxiety, build confidence, and feel more at ease in everyday situations. Through fun activities, breathing techniques, and creative exercises, kids will gain the tools to reduce stress and feel empowered to handle challenges with a calm and positive mindset.
In this virtual group for grades 5-8, participants will explore effective techniques for managing anxiety and building resilience. With a focus on mindfulness, stress-relief exercises, and practical coping strategies, teens will learn how to take control of their worries, improve focus, and foster a positive mindset. It's a safe space to connect, reflect, and strengthen emotional well-being in a supportive setting.
Empower-Her is an inclusive and supportive group for girls, welcoming all identities. In this affirming space, participants will build self-esteem, confidence, and healthy communication skills. Through engaging activities and discussions, participants will connect with peers, celebrate their unique strengths, and develop skills to navigate challenges with resilience and self-assurance.
Explore your creativity in our semi-structured Creative Arts Group for youth ages 7 and up! In this engaging space, participants will express themselves through various art forms while building social connections and developing communication skills. This group fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where creativity, self-expression, and friendship can flourish.
Experiment, explore, and discover! This hands-on science club sparks curiosity while building teamwork, problem-solving, and flexible thinking. Each week, kids dive into fun experiments that strengthen emotional awareness and creativity—all in a playful, engaging space!
In our D&D Social Group for youth ages 12-18, where you’ll create unforgettable characters, solve puzzles, and work together with fellow adventurers to defeat monsters and explore mystical realms. Whether you’re an experienced player or a curious beginner, this group is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their social skills, boost creativity, and build friendships in a fun, inclusive environment. All skill levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed—just bring your imagination!
This group provides a safe and supportive space for participants to build positive self-esteem, identify negative thinking, and ways to increase self-esteem. We will complete various activities focusing on confidence, encouraging positive self-talk, setting boundaries, and loving yourself. Come join us in a safe and fun space to share your enthusiasm for Japanese animation (aka anime). Our Anime Club is led by clinical staff by providing activities from viewing and discussing Anime, playing games, engaging in Anime-related crafts, and sharing information about cosplay.
Join our talented resident artist, Ms. Marianne, as she guides us through the world of virtual art lessons! We will be working on social-emotional goals of self-esteem, empowerment, communication and self-expression as we explore our strengths through various artistic mediums. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Led by clinical staff, this group will provide a safe and supportive space for participants to build positive self-esteem, add coping strategies to their toolbox, how to make and maintain friendships and practice executive functioning skills. We will use a combination of group discussion, stories, videos, and STEAM activities. All ages and abilities are welcome. In our Confidence Camp, we take lessons from various Disney movies to discuss and explore what it means to be confident. Weekly themes include self-acceptance, overcoming perfectionism, practicing positive self-talk, celebrating differences, and working toward our goals. Participants create crafts specific to each of the films we are learning about. We wrap up each group with a Disney movie quote related to self-esteem, & a challenge for the week to inspire confidence when trying new things!
Quest! Adventure Game is a therapeutic group activity designed to engage kids working on social-emotional learning skills including perspective taking, creative problem solving, communication & collaboration skills by creating a fun opportunity for group storytelling and STEM learning in a highly motivating fictional setting. Participants will create a character that allows them to explore choices & consequences in a safe environment designed to improve frustration tolerance & flexible thinking.
This group offers a compassionate space to connect with other caregivers, gain professional insights, and set actionable goals that can be applied at home.
Together, we'll celebrate successes, navigate challenges, and build meaningful community support.
